Abstract
The purpose of this research is to verify the effect of the anthroposophy group art therapy program on the effect of self-regulation and sociality of children with emotional and behavioral problems, and to improve the effect. The research was conducted in sixteen fourth-graders at D Elementary School in K City who were verified to have emotional and behavioral problems by (which test?) test. They were randomly assigned to the experimental (N=8) and control groups (N=8) and the program was implemented in the experimental group in a total of 12 sessions¡ª40 minutes per session¡ªon a weekly basis. The experimental group was given a anthroposophy group art therapy program, the control group was not treated, and the same program was expected after the research. Independent-sample t-test was performed for the homogeneity between the experimental and control groups and paired t-test was carried out to determine the significant changes and the differences in the self-regulation and social skills of the experimental and control groups. The results of this study showed that the anthroposophy group art therapy program is effective and influential in the improvement of self-regulation and sociality of children with emotional and behavioral problems. Therefore, this study is expected to lay the foundation for further research on counseling the children with emotional and behavioral problems.
